The hotel’s name derives from its very central location. The fun begins as guests walk through a small pedestrian street, the fruit market. 3SK Architect group, used a palette of kiwi, blue ocean, strawberry, lemon, and mandarin colours for the interior and matched the exceptional paintings of artist Corinna O’ Brien.
